Art of the Machine Photography specializes in capturing pictures of the machines man has built for his pleasure, transportation, logistics and war.
I always wanted to fly jets. I remember standing with my Father near the end of the runway at Webb AFB Texas, while T-38 Talons thundered over our heads in full afterburner climbing out at a fantastic speed.
My dream of flying had been planted and on graduation from college I was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. I spent the next twelve years flying T-37 Tweets, T-38 Talons and Heavy Metal; the B-52G/H Stratofortress and the Supersonic B-1B Bone.
Throughout my life I have always had a camera taking pictures. From my first Kodak 126 film camera to 35mm to digital, I have loved the feeling the camera gives you of capturing a moment in time. The camera is the tool that captures moments that can never be repeated again. The photographer, through his creativity and technique gives these photos meaning and our lives snippets of immortality.
Please enjoy.....
